Payment methods

Online payment methods

We offer several ways of online payment, offered thru our payment service provider MultiSafepay. This provider is located in The Netherlands and is supervised by the Dutch National Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank). The payment methods offered vary per country, they include amongst others creditcard payments. We charge only the real costs associated with the selected payment method.

Manual transfer

Ofcourse you can also transfer the sum directly into our bank account. Please include the order or invoice reference with your payment. You will receive an email once the payment has been received by us.

VAT and intra-community delivery

Our main office is located in the Netherlands. Within the Netherlands we apply the applicable VAT rate, also when goods are delivered to holders of a non-Dutch VAT number, but delivery is within the Netherlands. Outside of the Netherlands, but inside the EU, we apply the 0% rate if you supply us with your (non-Dutch) VAT number. We do not ship outside of the European Union.
