We guarantee that the products meet the reasonable requirements of soundness and / or usability and, on the date of the agreement, existing statutory provisions and / or government regulations. No guarantee offered affects your rights as a consumer under the law.
For machine spare parts, if something goes wrong, it is not necessarily due to the parts supplied by us. After all, you are replacing the part because the original does not work anymore. There may be a cause for the problem elsewhere, for example a pole housing damaging the armature. In that case, replacement of the armature does not make any sense without also replacing the pole housing. Incorrect assembly is also possible. In these situations there is no warranty, although we will always try to be lenient in resolving the problem. So only order if you have sufficient knowledge to execute the repair of your machine.
It is impossible for us to determine from a distance what exactly the problem or damage is, and it is also impossible to say where the damage originates. This check can only be performed on the entire machine, checking the part alone has no added value. You can only return the machine as a whole, then it will be inspected by a qualified technician and you will receive the result. This is not free, but of course the costs that have already been incurred are taken into account.
Procedure
We recommend you contact us via info@kruis.nl before you return any products, so we can discuss with you what solution is best for you. The procedure to claim warranty is very simple, complete this form, print it and return the product with the form to us, the shipping costs are refunded if and when the warranty claim is accepted. We will take care of the shipment back to you.
